• No-shows are non-refundable.
• If we cancel due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or a reduced number of guests (common at the beginning or end of the summer season), you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule your cruise.

Advance Payment Required: All tours require full prepayment. You can arrange payment at our office in Nikiti or via bank transfer. Please contact us first via email, WhatsApp, or Viber to confirm your payment. Unapproved payments will not be accepted. Upon special arrangement, payment can also be made on the spot, but this option must be agreed upon beforehand.
