Payment Procedures and Details

Payment Terms
- All tour reservations require full prepayment in advance.
- Any bank transfer must be negotiated, agreed upon, and approved by Explore Halkidiki prior to payment.
- Payments on the day of a tour or cruise are not accepted, except in cases of Pay on Board (POB), which must be pre-arranged and approved by Explore Halkidiki.
Cancellation Policy
For Group Tours/Cruises:
- Up to 48 hours before the tour: No cancellation fee
- Up to 24 hours before the tour: 50% cancellation fee
- No-show: No refund
For Private Tours/Cruises:
- Cancellation terms will be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
Sightseeing Tour Inclusions
- Fully air-conditioned and insured buses/boats
- English-speaking guides
Please Note: Museum entrance fees are not included in the tour price.
Important Notes
Explore Halkidiki Travel Agency reserves the right to:
A) Modify or cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
B) Cancel any tour due to an insufficient number of participants.
C) Adjust prices without prior notice.
D) Refrain from offering refunds in the event of unforeseen strikes or other circumstances beyond our control.
E) Deny responsibility for personal injury or damage to property caused by delays or other issues arising from force majeure events. We are also not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, including clothing and objects.
F) Not be held liable for delays in returning from tours that may result in the client missing an evening meal at their hotel.
G) Defer to the decision of the ship/boat operator regarding cruise cancellations or itinerary changes due to bad weather or sea conditions.
Cruise Cancellations Due to Weather
- If a cruise is canceled due to bad weather or sea conditions, our agency will notify clients early in the morning on the day of the cruise.
- In the event of a cancellation by the ship/boat due to adverse weather or sea conditions, the client may choose one of the following options:
- Full Refund: Receive a complete refund of the payment made.
- Reschedule: Postpone the tour to the next available date.
